For those of you who are traveling from out of town and need a hotel, you will NEED to make reservations NOW. Our event falls on June 20, 2026, and that’s the same weekend as our town’s local celebration, Homestead Days. And also this year, one of our large factories will be going through a shut down where they bring in several hundred out of state workers and the clean the entire facility. so rooms will be sold out! Typically, most of the hotels in Beatrice are sold out for that weekend anyhow, as we get a lot of visitors for the festivities, and softball tournaments.

We currently have a block of rooms reserved for the Solstice riders at both of these hotels.

You will need to CALL them, and tell them youo are with the SOLSTICE GRAVEL event.

Also, in the past I know a few of our riders have chosen to bring their RV's and stay in our city parks, Chautauqua and Riverside. I am guessing that the parks will be full this year, so you might have to look elsewhere to park RV's. Tent camping should still be available in both parks.
